Error message- Received error “1002. Network Error”.
Causes- The error 1002 means that a network HTTP request failed without any status code. This could mean a connection timeout or any other connectivity issue. This is usually a temporary error.
Fix for Desktop/Laptop and Android Phone or Tablet
- Please ensure that their Chrome browser is updated. You can also check in chrome incognito window and also in Firefox browser, video might play without an issue.
- Try changing the network if available and see if the error appears again. Sometimes, simply activating and then disabling airplane mode can also reset the network.

- Are other videos playing? Or do they give the same error message? (If only 1 video has an error, please share the video id)
- Does issue happen at very start of video or somewhere in middle of video ?
