1. Ensure your site domain is in https or you are testing in http://localhost It is a must requirement by browsers for playing HTML5 content.
2. Kindly ensure that the Iframe or URL finally rendered on site has allow=”encrypted-media” included in it. Many themes remove it from final rendered url, thus causing flash to play instead of html5. An example of this happening is shown in above video.
